My Sephora Staples; Holiday Savings Event 2022
Concealers
Kosas - This one is new to my makeup bag. I saw it alot on tiktok then I heard Hailey Bieber uses it… sold. Perfect for everyday natural coverups, I even use it at night sometimes because it really is SO hydrating.
Nars - Radiant & Creamy is the perfect name for this concealer because WOW. I was pleasantly surprised to have ordered the perfect color match (Tiramisu - But usually I can only find it in minis). Really long lasting - I use it for night out glam.
Too Faced - Oldie, but goodie. I was a HUGE born this way girl for years. I swore by the foundation and the concealer. Veryyyyy full coverage; It did a great job of covering my breakouts.
Dior - I got really lucky in my last sephora haul with this accidental extra item. I love this formula; feels so light and refreshing & does an amazing job of color correcting. Turns out it was a great “sample” because I will definitely be restocking.
Foundation
Ilia - My go-to daytime makeup look that has SPF of course. I love the coverage it gives without feeling too cakey throughout the day & leaves you feeling glowy and hydrated (AND protected from the sun).
Armani - Another new product in my makeup bag that I’m loving. I have been hearing about this foundation for years but truthfully was scared to try it and breakout. Happy to report that didn’t happen and I LOVE the result. Feels like nothing is on the skin; I wear this every night out.
Clinique - My Holy grail. This product is the only thing I am never scared to put on my skin; even with an active breakout. This is my everyday/all day or night foundation. We love her.
Nars - I have only tried this a handful of times but WOW talk about stage makeup. If you want full glam this is the foundation for you!
Blush
Nudestix - The first time I got this I stayed at my boyfriends house with no makeup so I went to the nearest store (Nordstrom Rack) and got the first makeup products I saw. I ended up using this to the NUB and just restocked. SO glowy makes my makeup look professional.
Rare Beauty - We’ve all seen it on tiktok and I think it definitely lives up to the hype. So pigmented make sure to use a brush or TINY dots.
Dior - Another fan favorite that’s new to me. Loving this blush I couldn’t believe how it just transforms on the skim. Way more pink than I would normally reach for, but I was pleasantly surprised. (I use this to set my cream blush)
Tarte - Another throwback for me. I didn’t even wear blush for the longest time, until I got this one and re-fell in love with blush. More of a matte finish if that’s your vibe. I got this in a mini and used it up so quick, needed a restock.
Lips
Charlotte Tilbury - I love this mini kit so much. I ALWAYS keep one in my makeup bag and one in my purse (along with like 10 other lip products). Perfect matte finish and amazing suede formula that really doesn’t dry my lips.
Mario - Everything Mario touches turns to gold. I love this lip liner so much! Comes with a sharpener and is so smooth and easy to use. What’s in my bag? THIS and Laneige lip balm.
Lawless - I love when I get something phenomenal in a boxycharm and this was definitely one of them. I love a smooth gloss formula that actually leaves my lips soft when its off.
Mario - Another tik tok trend. I love this color, the subtle gloss, and the slight amount of plumping it gives your lips. I have the glossy version but it comes in suede as well that I’m sure is amazing for the matte girlies.
Brows
Benefit - My go-to everyday no makeup makeup product has to be this. I’ve tried many tinted brow gels but none of them compare to benefit IMO. This product also has the best tiny applicator.
Mario - Very easy to use pencil and super creamy formula. I am obsessed with his packaging; it’s always so well thought out and feels minimal but sturdy.
Benefit - Classic makeup bag staple for me. I love how fine this pencil is, and honestly am not interested in a pencil that doesnt have a spooly on the other end. 10/10 - You cvan get a really natural feathery look if you try to trace little hairs.
Anastasia - OBSESSEDDDDD - If you have a hard time getting your eyebrow hairs to stay in place, I encourage you to try this ASAP. My brows stay in place all day and all night and if I didn’t have an extensive skincare routine at night - it would last another day.
Moisturizer
Farmacy - I fell in love with this as a night time moisturizer. It literally feels like a rich butter on the skin and smells like natural honey. I am honestly so in love with this brand; never disappoints.
Summer Fridays - The best overnight mask or travel mask. I love using these extra hydrating treatments when I travel or when I got a lot of sun. So soothing and leaves my skin really soft.
Kiehls - Another impulse buy for me that I ended up loving (I’m actually in need of a restock right now). I love that it’s scent free and feels so lightweight but at the same time hydrates like a cream.
Belif - I love having a refreshing moisturizer or gel for the daytime. This one smells amazing and literally feels like cold water on your skin.
Cleansers
Farmacy - This started my farmacy obsession. This balm is MAGIC and will remove every last bit of makeup in one wash. I really love that it doesn’t feel too oily at all. It also lasts so long because a little goes a long way.
Dermalogica - A staple for me as well. When I have really stubborn mascara or need to triple cleanse I start with this. It’s a thick oil that leaves my skin hydrated and smells like a spa.
First Aid Beauty - I had this as a mini on a ski trip and it did such a great job of keeping my skin soft and hydrated. So naturally, I got a full size.
Fresh - Another boxycharm find. At first I didn’t know how to feel about the consistency of this face wash but I ended up loving how refreshing it is. It doesn’t foam at all but still leaves your face with that squeaky clean feeling.
Serums
Farmacy - Another amazing product I can’t live without. I loved this from the first time I tried it; 3 bottles later I saw Kim Kardashian had it on her bathroom counter and I felt seen. Best clean chemical exfoliator.
Sunday Riley - Great retinol product to start incorporating if you’re new to the retinol game. Sunday Riley is another brand I would put all my trust in for any product. Maybe that’s biased but idc.
Summer Fridays - I think I got this because it was new at the time, and I’m surprised it has lasted this long because I feel like I use it SO often. Best light sunscreen that gives you a little glow and corrects your skin just the right amount without looking like makeup at all.
Glow Recipe - Great every day or night serum. Helps retain moisture, so I like to use it under my moisturizer. It also makes for a great makeup primer because it gets just the right amount of glowy but tacky for makeup.
